Answer: This DIY includes a free print template you can download or create your own. Then find your own cute picture frame online.
Answer: After your event, you will be responsible for plugging the USB-C cable into your computer or laptop to download all your messages. We recommend creating a second or even third backup to ensure you have them for life.

Please note that we do not have the ability to send your messages after your event. You must download and save them before returning the device. Once we receive your return, we automatically format the internal memory, which means your messages will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
We normally ship phones 10 days before an event date, and you can expect a text message or email to provide a tracking number. Follow the easy guide below to guarantee your phone is received onetime.

Easy Customer Responsibility Before Event: You can expect a UPS tracking number seven days prior to your event. If you have not received a tracking number by email or text by that time, you must call us and speak with a live representative no later than seven days before your event so we can guarantee you receive on time :)

Fun and my guests loved it!
After doing a lot of research, this was definitely the best deal. The phone was shipped quickly and included easy to follow directions. Instructions are very helpful and easy. There was a return label in the box which made it simple easy to return. Highly recommend them!
