We normally ship phones 10 days before an event date, and you can expect a text message or email to provide a tracking number. Follow the easy guide below to guarantee your phone is received onetime.

Easy Customer Responsibility Before Event: You can expect a UPS tracking number seven days prior to your event. If you have not received a tracking number by email or text by that time, you must call us and speak with a live representative no later than seven days before your event so we can guarantee you receive on time :)

A: Yes! Because we don’t like pressuring you to pay upfront, you can always purchase a vinyl record later through our preferred vendor for only $59.99 and pay them directly. They also offer fully customizable options, including creating an album sleeve with your photo. (Payment is made directly to them after the event.)
