Unlike "After the Tone" you get your message direct from our phone VIA Usb on any home computer or remove our Micro SD card (included in VIP Package) with no waiting before returning the phone. This is crucial because this eliminates any possibility that if God forbid your phone is lost on the return you will have all of your messages before returning our phone.

And if you don't have time, we still will include a fun greeting preinstalled on your phone just like "After the Tone" With the added bonus of receiving a cute vintage player for free when you order from us.

Absolutely!  All of our phone packages include the option to add your own custom greeting. You can send us a recording for the VIP option, or easily create one yourself when you receive the phone for DIY option. If you're short on time or sending it as a gift, we’ll include a super cute default greeting for you.

Great question! All orders normally ship 7-10 days before your event date and provide a tracking number.  If you place an order and do not receive a tracking number 7 days before please call us :)

It's easy either way, if you book a VIP package, it includes the free table sign with instructions for your guest. Otherwise, we also include a print file you can use if you purchase the DIY Phone or can always create your own.

What is an Audio Guestbook Phone?

Our audio guestbook is a digital retro-looking rotary phone that allows your wedding or event guests to leave messages and well wishes at your event. Your guests can speak into our phone and record their message. This creates a unique and interactive way for guests to leave their mark and fond memories of you that you can play back for yourself and share with your future children. Depending on which package you choose from us, we we can include a fun default greeting or we can preinstalled your own custom greeting,  Guests will hear a ring, followed by your greeting and a beep just like the good old days, after they're done, they hang up and their message is automatically saved to the built-in memory card that you get to keep. If you purchase our VIP package, it also includes a cute cream color vintage message player. After your event, you remove the memory card out of the bottom of our phone and can insert it in the message player. We include a free return label to send back just the phone, we give you up to 3 days after your event  to drop off at a UPS center or store.

If you’re tech-savvy and willing to fully read the instructions on how to add your own custom greeting, and you understand that after your event you’ll need to connect the phone to your computer via USB-C to download all guest messages before returning it — then the DIY option might be for you.
Please note: Ordering the DIY package means you are responsible for charging the phone, printing your own table sign, and programming your greeting yourself.

Our recommendation?
If you can afford the VIP price of $249 and want to be treated like a true VIP, go with the Upgrade Package. It’s a true turnkey service — you won’t regret it. The only thing you’ll need to do is send us your preferred greeting, and we handle the rest.

Absolutely, after purchasing a qualified service, we understand that you have a thousands things to do, that's why we recommend you just send us your greeting as soon as you can to get it out of the way. Otherwise, just make sure you send your greeting no later than 7 days after purchasing.

Yes! Because we don't like pressuring you to pay upfront you can always purchase a vinyl record later using our preferred vendor for only $59.99 and pay them direct. They also offer  fully customize options to include creating an album sleeve with your photo  (Pay Them Direct After Event)

How do I record and send my custom greeting?

Simply use your iPhone and look for the app called "voice memos" we recommend you record in a quiet room with your partner, after you complete the recording,  send us your audio  file, after we receive, we will add a ring to the beginning, so your guest will hear a traditional ring followed my  your greeting.

You will receive your phone fully ready to use with your greeting programed.  After you make your purchase, we will send you a link with examples to give you some ideas before sending us your greeting.

How do I save the absolute most money on a guestbook phone rental?

We get it; we know everyone is on a budget these days, and some people are willing to forgo a few extra features. If you are OK with not getting our cute vintage player and are okay with using our great default greeting by Amy, which thoroughly explains to your guest how to leave a message when they pick up the phone.

To clarify, the cute vintage player is not required; with any service, you can still simply remove the TF Micro card out from the phone and then insert it into an adapter or directly into some computers. Then simply save it and upload it to your Apple Music or music app of choice.

Our phone has a ton of storage and unlike others, we use a high-quality wave format for recording.  Will Record hundreds of hours of audio (Which is more than enough for the craziest single day event)

This is what makes us the best, our phone includes a TF card that you keep, simply remove it from the phone after your event and place it in the free vintage message player we include, which you keep forever, and can listen to whenever you want. We focus on privacy, so you are the only one that has access to your messages. It's also not a bad idea to copy the TF card to your computer as a emergency back up.

If you are located in any lower 48 states in the U.S, we will ship anywhere free, no matter how small your town is I need to do is follow our easy requirement below.

Easy Customer Responsibility Before Event:
We typically ship orders seven days prior to your event. If you have not received a tracking number by email or text by that time, you must call us and speak with a live representative no later than seven days before your event and we can guarantee you receive on time :)

A return shipping label will be included. You will use the same box we shipped it in, Simply cover the old shipping label with our new return label and drop off at UPS within 3 days after your event date.

Its the cutest keepsake and way to hear your messages, bring on your honeymoon, it can easily travel with you and runs on a built-in rechargeable battery. After you rent our Audioguest book simply remove the microSD card, and insert into the vintage message player that you can enjoy hearing your messages from a cool device. Of course, you can still download all of the messages from the micro SD card to your computer for permanent safekeeping.

Your Audio Guestbook is scheduled to arrive 3-6 days before your event and includes a free return label for easy returning. The phone will be fully charged, and if you requested a custom greeting, it will be pre-programmed. Simply remove the phone from the box place on the table with the free sign and remove the safety tape and PHONE will be ready to use. You will even be able to pick it up and listen to your custom greeting and you could hang up before the beep. 
Now it's completely ready for your first guest :)
