Customer Messages Request
Customers are fully responsible for downloading and saving all messages or removing the microSD card before returning the phone. Full instructions are provided on the box to guide you through this process. We do not store or return any messages once the phone is received. In some cases, if the phone is accidentally returned with a memory card or unsaved messages, recovery may be possible but is not guaranteed; a flat recovery fee of $49 applies.
